12 months ago we talked about providing great customer service ‘till the cows turned blue’ but that was hot air until we acquired many customers with questions and things that needed sorting.. 

We usually keep feedback to ourselves, but we thought it worth sharing a few recent comments because dropping everything to look after our customers really is the most important thing.
