Our watches come with a 5-year warranty. If your watch breaks or develops a problem within 5 years from the date of purchase because of defective materials or poor workmanship we will put it right for you free of charge.
Our watch straps come with a 12-month warranty.
Fair wear and tear is not covered under the warranty, however we do offer a repair service if your watch or strap needs some love. Note: The keepers on leather and rubber straps have to be thin and unobtrusive to function properly and being positioned under the wrist they are naturally more susceptible to abrasion and damage if not looked after. If you care for them properly, they will last for years but if you tear them or rub them on something mildly abrasive every day so they physically wear down – that’s fair wear and tear.
If you would like to return your watch or strap for a refund or exchange, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. It must be unworn, and in perfect condition with all its original packaging and paperwork intact.
The legal title to the products and the risk in the products will pass to you on delivery of the products.
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the products in transit must be made in writing to us here at Elliot Brown within 7 days of the delivery. You shall afford reasonable opportunity to allow us to investigate any claim. You shall promptly return the products to us being the subject of a claim, if requested by us, for examination.
