You know when you've got something just right and this Canford is a case in point. A deep ocean blue metallic sunray dial, matt gunmetal case, crisp white hands and a choice of pinstripe webbing or classic basketweave rubber dive straps.
You know when you've got something just right and this '023 Canford is a case in point. Deepest ocean blue sun-ray dial, precise matt gunmetal case, crisp white hands that glow cool blue are set off perfectly by the dark blue and pale blue pinstripe of the matching webbing strap. Topped off with a red tipped second hand, this Canford absolutely smashes the brief for a dark case, dark blue dial that's so easy to wear every day. Many blues are too bright for our taste, this one absolutely rocks.
Originally available through the '60s and '70s, the iconic textured rubber strap was offered by many mainstream watch manufacturers as well as being a popular alternative to the metal bracelets and leather straps that dive watches of the time. The blue textured rubber strap with the double deployant buckle provides the perfect mix of modern design language with a historic nod.
The military webbing style strap is no ordinary webbing strap. The soft durable yarn is twisted with just the right number of strands, custom dyed, treated with anti-bac then woven with double selvedges on a Victorian loom called Dolly. Infinitely adjustable, lightweight and fitted with an in-house patented buckle, these straps are the ultimate in comfort and low profile useability. So much went into creating them, we wrote a blog about it.
If you fancy an alternative, all our other straps also fit this model, so rubber straps, bracelets, and leather straps are all options.
Our returns policy is on our site here, and our five year warranty is outlined here.
We design and re-design every component to make watches that are fundamentally fit-for-purpose, minimising or eliminating typical points of failure such as spring bars breaking, straps snapping, or watches leaking - all potentially catastrophic failures.
Any watches damaged in service can be repaired quickly and economically at our in-house workshop in Poole and returned to service with the minimum of disruption.
Not only is our servicing world class, the warranty has no small print. It’s honest, comprehensive, and straightforward. The whole watch is covered for 5 years, not just the movement. The only exclusions are accidental damage, the battery and wear & tear.
Rock climbing is incredibly personal for our ambassador Ethan Walker. Plenty of his friends specialise but he wants to be the best in every discipline of climbing he can
