The Deep Blue Fumé Arne Field Watch

The fourth member of the Arne field watch family, a watch that’s every bit as rugged and reliable as our reputation, but with a new depth of character that reflects the way we love to build watches, with an eye for considered elegance.

The fumé dial colour fades from an inky deep blue at the edges to a softer, paler centre in a gentle radial gradient, giving it a subtle quality that plays with light as it moves on the wrist. We wanted it to feel like looking into the sea, calming, colourful, and endlessly deep.

The Strap: Built to Wear In, Not Out

To complement the dial, we’ve paired it with a tactile dark chocolate brown strap made from waxed German leather, the kind of leather that gets better and more characterful with age. A purposeful, field-ready look and for those who love a touch of tradition, there’s an optional full leather bund pad that sits beneath the watch.

As with every Elliot Brown our watches are designed to last, this isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about what it can handle, day-in, day-out and like all the Arne models, despite it’s simple appearance, it is packed with unique EB features:

  • Shock-absorbing movement housing to shrug off knocks without missing a beat.
  • Swiss made Ronda 713 movement.
  • 200m of genuine water resistance, individually tested at 200m in water so you can wear it with confidence.
  • EB signature solid steel strap bars, unbreakable yet so easy to change straps.
  • Thick sapphire crystal with multi-layer anti-reflective coating for clarity in all conditions.
  • Ultra-legible 1–12 markers and hands, filled with SuperLuminova for unbeatable low-light visibility.
  • Brushed stainless steel case with detailed bolt down compressor case back. (Case back seal improves with depth.)

Every watch we make starts with a conversation: “Where will this go? What will it need to handle? How can we make it better?” That mindset, the hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up, never cutting corners thought process is what drives us.

The Arne models are the result of that process. They’re tool watches at heart, but with just enough warmth and individuality to make them feel like your own the moment you put it on.
