Our watches

A delightful array of timepieces comprising stunning collections, each one inspired by our coastal Dorset lifestyle.

Old Harry's Rocks, Dorset
Canford: 202-001

The Canford typifies our watch making DNA perfectly. It’s quietly handsome, for those who don't want their watch to shout too loudly with the elegance of a classic pilot's watch. It's the sort of watch you need never take off, no matter how tough the conditions or how smart the suit.

Classic understated champagne metallic cream dials with subtle blue metallic hands contrast with matt gunmetal cases and ultra clear indexes inspired by military instrumentation. Case finishes include brushed black, matt bead-blasted gun-metal, or brushed and polished stainless steel. All 22mm straps are an easy fit for personal customisation. Read more

A classic 'tech-diver' chronograph designed for those who like a little more function, the Bloxworth is a true go-anywhere, do-anything watch.

Its Swiss-made 13-jewel chronograph movement has a three-year battery life* and is secured inside our proprietary shock-absorbing steel movement housing. The 44mm diameter case is pebble-like so it wears beautifully even on smaller wrists and is machined from solid 316L marine-grade stainless steel. Read more

The sort of automatic you can wear and never worry about, equipped with exquisitely considered details. Everything you need and nothing you don’t packed into a 41mm case so proportionally balanced that it demands a second glance.

Tyneham collection is inspired by one of our favourite UK coastal retreats and built to thrive in harsh conditions. Competence is delivered in many guises and there’s something incredibly satisfying in knowing you’re wearing an object of such detail that’s ultimately so capable. Read more

Everyone agreed the best-selling Canford was the right starting point but the challenge was always going to be working out what elements would constitute the perfect Elliot Brown womens watch?

With a very patient and understanding designer we set to work and after nearly fifty versions of dial design (all black and white at this point) we finally agreed on 'the one'. It was so intrinsically right that the chosen design made it through prototyping and into production without a single change – we like to make sure that our raw design ideas come to life as intended with no watering down or focus group meddling. This watch was developed in collaboration with a specialist branch of the British armed forces. The 101-001 model has a NATO stock number befitting of it’s military issued status. The Holton came about as a natural consequence of Canford watches being worn and bourne out of one of the many charitable military projects we undertake who’s recipients requested an Elliot Brown watch of professional calibre with some very specific functional requirements.

Hand delivering the first batch of Holtons to the unit concerned was a proud moment that made us stop and take a breath because so few watches have ever attained the status of being developed this way and being issued as military equipment. Even fewer are issued to the type of specialist unit using the Holton, so it came as no surprise when this watch quickly became our most requested model. Read more
